Please submit your written comments as early as possible, preferably prior to the start of the meeting or if you are unable to email, please call Alondra Espinosa 424-269-3351 by 3:30 p.m. on the date of the meeting. Email comments must identify the Agenda Item Number in the subject line of the email. The public comment will be entered into record and provided to the Board Members. All comments should be a maximum of 500 words, which corresponds to approximately 3 minutes of speaking time.
