An Agenda will be posted for the Special Meeting.  NOTICE OF HEARING: August 7, 2026 at 3 pm, the Board of San Luis Rey Municipal Water District ("District") will hold a hearing at 5328 Highway 76, Fallbrook, California 92028 and consider adoption of an Ordinance imposing a Water Availability Charge under Water Code Secs. 71630, et. seq, 71631.7 for fiscal year 2026-2027. The parcel owners potentially affected have been mailed ballots. The charge would be levied upon lands within the District on parcels larger than one (1) acre at the rate of $20 per acre or portion of an acre; and for parcels of one (1) acre or less at the rate of $20. The charge may either be paid at the time of the assessment or collected on the tax rolls.
